Future Facilities is a growing technology company. We develop CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) software for the data center and electronics industries as well as providing associated services. Our software utilizes CFD to predict air flow and heat transfer, offering solutions to help avoid design failures, reduce time-to-market and optimize designs.
Product Engineer
We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic graduate to expand our team focusing on our electronics thermal simulation product, 6SigmaET. Independent and self-motivated, the successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team in a varied role with an exciting array of opportunities.
The Product Engineer will work on a variety of activities within the team, for example:
Pre-sales support
o Creating demo and example cases to showcasing the capabilities of the software
o Fulfilling customer requirements with technical solutions
o Producing training material including tutorials and instructional videos
o Demonstrating the software to prospects.
Product Management
o Researching modelling techniques using new and current software functionality
o Testing of new functionality
o Designing new features for 6SigmaET.
Product Marketing
o Writing technical blogs and articles about software functionality
o Creating models, videos, and images from 6SigmaET that will be used by the marketing team.
Technical support
o Directly for users
o For global resellers & Future Facilities’ offices
o Producing and delivering training courses for customers.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
· A degree in Engineering or similar
· Excellent communication skills; both verbally and in writing
· Good problem solving and lateral thinking abilities
· Ability to work well in a team as well as alone
· Academic and / or practical engineering experience in electronics, CFD, fluid-dynamics, or thermo-dynamics.
