Data Center Consultants: Impress Clients with 6SigmaDCX Release 15

We’ve recently launched the 15th release of our 6SigmaDCX suite of simulation tools. Data center simulation enables users to study the impact of one design versus another as well as illustrate said designs to customers. We’ve added significant improvements with this release that will give you more reason to bring 6SigmaDCX into your consulting practice.

Consultants will be happy to hear that Release 15 can import 3D information from BIM to speed up the model build process, generate customizable templates to streamline the reporting process, and hosts photorealistic graphics to showcase your design’s benefits.

David King, Product Manager at Future Facilities, explains these highlights further: “CFD simulation software has long been a staple of consulting practices, so we’ve worked closely with numerous engineering firms to get this release right. We have expanded the liquid cooling capabilities to match the growing demand in the market. In turn, we designed reporting templates that make it easier to present your results the way you want.”

Release 15’s new features focus on speed and ease. Here are some highlights:

  • Templates: customizable templates to streamline the reporting process
  • Objects: readymade objects, including liquid cooling objects, to speed up the model build process
  • Graphics: the model now hosts photorealistic graphics to improve analysis and reporting
  • Integrations: connect our software to the systems you already have in place, including BIM and Flownex®
