6SigmaDCX Release 16 Accelerates Design for Data Center Vendors

We recently launched the 16th release of our 6SigmaDCX simulation software suite. The 6SigmaDCX product suite creates a data center digital twin that simulates the physical behavior of the real facility under any operating scenario. We call this the 6Sigma Digital Twin.

Simulation software offers a risk-free environment to analyze, optimize, and test design options for your data center and its equipment. Vendors will be happy to hear that Release 16 simplifies equipment analysis with integrations and intelligent objects.

Data center vendors can focus on perfecting thermal design with the following enriched features:

  • Enhanced Graphics: take advantage of the improved Enhanced View to create stunning reporting content for client presentations
  • Intelligent Importing: simplify and accelerate model design with new CAD import and exports, as well as user interface improvements
  • Improved Integrations: fast-track model creation by connecting BIM IFC files to library items during the import process.

Dave King, Product Manager at Future Facilities, explains how Release 16 can benefit data center vendors: “We’ve made improvements to several important features within Release 16 with vendors in mind. Specifically, we’ve streamlined the process of equipment design and testing. Data center vendors can more easily demonstrate hardware performance to their customers and prospects using photorealistic graphics. We think vendors will especially appreciate the increased number of objects with multi-level detail options. We included these multi-level detail options to better enable vendors to test their equipment performance at the various stages of design.”

In short, data center vendors can quickly create, validate, and optimize data center equipment with 6SigmaDCX Release 16. Find out more here
